Line dancing is good for your body and your mind. Active brain cells are just as important as active muscles! Think of it as doing a puzzle, math, memory games and sweating! Cross words and suduko don't burn calories, but these classes will!
It is good for you and FUN!
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
NO sandals, flip flops, sneakers, clogs or heals.
9:00 - 10:00 AM
Beginner Hour: This class is designed for the those who have danced in the past and need to brush up on the basics, just starting our or even if you have 2 left feet. Line dancing is not difficult once you know the basics. Each dance has the same steps, just in a different order and to different music.
10:00 - 11:30 AM
Experienced Dancers: Come dance to all kinds of music, from country to oldies to contemporary. There will be some boot scootin' stuff (no boots required), waltzes and more.
