Come join Eastern Maine Lacrosse and Bangor Parks and Recreation for a great season of fun and learning.


Grades Pre-K - 2
Little Eagles: 9:00 - 10:00am STARTING Saturday 4/27
6 week instructional sessions which introduce pre-k through 2nd grade, boys and girls, to the fundamentals of the sport of lacrosse. The program encourages parent participation (although not required) as well as we welcome local High School athletes to assist our program director with instruction at various times throughout the sessions. This is an outdoor program Saturday mornings, weather permitting, at the Union St. Athletic Complex in Bangor. The only equipment required is a lacrosse stick, which can be purchased at registration if needed. ($35)
 
3rd - 8th Grade
Curious about lacrosse but not sure if it’s right for you? Try it for free, no experience or equipment necessary. Register for our preseason indoor sessions at Fields for Kids. 
March 9th and 16th Sessions: Boys and Girls: 10:00 - 11:00am

 Season Details:
3rd - 8th Boys & Girls:
Preseason Indoor Sessions: March 2nd, 9th & 16th)
Returning girls in 5th through 8th grade, 9am
If you are new to the sport, please attend the 10am sessions
Returning boys in 5th through 8th grade, 11am.

ANY REGISTRATION IS NOW SUBJECT TO A
$50 LATE REGISTRATION FEE

 Preseason Indoor Sessions: March 23rd & 30th) at Fields for Kids - times, TBD
***FULL EQUIPMENT required***
Additional outdoor preseason sessions will occur at Cameron Stadium in Bangor, dates and times TBD.

Regular Season Practice:
Outdoor practices at the Union St Athletic Complex will begin, weather permitting, in April. Practices are two nights a week for 90 minutes each.
 
Games: 
Will begin the end of April and continue through the 2nd weekend of June. In addition to our home date(s), travel for games on the weekend is required.
 
Equipment: 
Boys - This is a contact sport and requires complete lacrosse specific field equipment. 
Girls - Certified goggles and a mouth guard are required. Please refer to the guide below for reference.
