This Basketball League is a great opportunity to get out and play some basketball with your friends and family. The league is co-ed and geared to make it fun for all with some rules exclusive to Co-ed leagues.

Games will be played on Thursday and Sunday Evenings.
There will be an nbA League
for more competitive teams and better skills
(Minimum 4 teams to register for nbA League to run)
There will be a Huff and Puff League
for recreational teams with a desire to have fun and get some exercise
(Minimum 4 teams to register for Huff and Puff League to run)
The Bangor Parks and Recreation Department,
reserves the right to move a team to different league
If we do not get a minimum of 4 teams in a league,
the registered teams will receive a full refund.
ALL players must have a matching shirt color with a number on it.
We offer the choice of registering and us providing shirts. Any player who does not have a matching shirt with at number at game time, will not be allowed to play until they do. If you have too few players to play under this rule, it will be a forfeit for your team. These players will also not be allowed to play in any "pick up" games after the forfeit on that night.
